摘要
探讨了SiCp/Al复合材料脉冲氩弧焊过程中合金元素Ti发生诱发反应的可行性。结果表明,焊接时,Ti的加入有利于避免SiC/Al之间发生界面反应;接头拉伸实验、显微硬度测试和金相组织观察表明,接头性能良好;X射线衍射相结构分析显示,接头焊缝金属中大致含有Al, TiC, Si, Ti, SiC等组成相。文中对Ti元素发生诱发反应的机理,以及对提高接头性能的作用进行了讨论。
The weldability of SiCp/Al composites is investigated during pulsed TIG welding through Ti induced-reaction. Results show that the interfacial reaction between SiC/Al can be greatly suppressed by adding Ti to weld metal in the course of welding. The properties testssuch as tensile and microhardness and metallographicstructure observation show that the quality of welding joint is better. The analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicatesthat in the joint there are Al, TiC, Si, Ti, SiC phases, etc. The mechanism of Ti induced-reaction and its impact onimprovingjoint properties are fully discussed.
