摘要
选用自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和对照(WKY)大鼠各9只,雄性.4月龄.血压分别为211.68±6.63mmHg和126.46±2.21mmHg,取肾髓质划分为4个区,分别作光学及电境观察。组织经Levl液固定后,肾髓质间质细胞(RIC)胸浆内脂性颗粒呈黑色;图像分析结果证实SHR大鼠肾髓质各区所含脂性颗粒均较WKY者为少且细小,特别是1区2区内最为显著,本实验提示SHR大鼠RIC内脂性颗粒较少,可能显其高血压发生发展的因素之一。
In order to investigate the relationship between renomedullary interstitral cell (RIC ) and hyportension ,we used 9 male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR ) and 9 male Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY ), 4 months old , with the blood pressure of 212. 68±6. 63 mmHg and 126.46± 2, 21 mmHg respectively, Renomedullary papilla was divided into four regions for light and electron microscope observations. Image analysis demonstrated that the number of the lipid granules in cytoplasm of RIC in each region of SHR was much less than that of WKY,especially in regions 1 and 2 . This experiment indieates that the deerease in the lipid granales in cytoplasm of RIC of SHR may be relevant to the development of hypertension.
