摘要
为了使继电保护装置尽可能应用能解决长期困扰继电保护的互感器饱和及暂态准确度不高等难题的电子式互感器,以光学电流互感器(OCT)为例,根据电子式电流互感器标准IEC60044 8 及变电站通讯网络和系统协议IEC61850,设计了OCT与继电保护装置的接口方案,介绍了硬件结构及软件流程,并利用测试软件对该接口方案进行了实验。实验结果表明,该接口能很好地完成电子式互感器与继电保护装置之间的通讯功能。
The use of electrical transducers provides new opportunity and solve some difficult problems of protective relay such as the current transducer saturation and lower transient precision. For conform this new development, according to the IEC60044-8 standard of electronic transducers and IEC61850 standard of communication networks and systems in substations, this paper designs the interface scheme between the OCT and protection devices, and introduces the hardware construction and software flow. The interface scheme has tested by using testing software. The result indicates that interface scheme has good function of communication between the electrical transducer and protective relay devices.
