摘要
针对2004年底和2005年初部分地区的500 kV线路冰闪跳闸、导线舞动和倒塔断线事故,分析了冰害事故的特点及原因。认为罕见的覆冰气候是线路设备损坏的直接原因,冰载荷重过大首先损坏杆塔的薄弱部件,微气候条件对覆冰倒杆起了决定性影响和作用;冰中存在着一定的污秽和明显减小爬距的过厚覆冰是冰闪的主要原因,绝缘子串型和环境温度的变化也与冰闪直接相关。针对覆冰对输电线路的影响和破坏还讨论了当前的对策和今后应开展的研究工作。
Analysis and countermeasures for large area accident cause by icing on transmission line is presented in this paper aiming at fault of icing flashover, conductor galloping and broken line on 500 kV transmission in end of 2004 and beginning of 2005. It is pointed out that the serious icing is the direct reason of damage of equipment. The heavy icing damages the weak part of tower and meteorological condition causes the tower falling down. The pollution in ice reduces the leakage distance so the thick icing is the main reason of flashover. The temperature and type of insulators also affect the flashover. The research that had to be carried is proposed.
