摘要 本文介绍了文化权利的内涵,论述了公共图书馆在实现文化权利方面的作用,并提出了发展公共图书馆事业的对策。 This article introduces the cultural right’s connotation ,elaborates the function of public library in the realization of cultural right , and then proposes the countermeasure how to develop public library enterprise.
