现代物流与区域商贸中心的发展——以临沂市为例

THE MODERN LOGISTICS AND THE REGIONAL TRADE CENTER'S DEVELOPMENT--A Case Study of Linyi City

现代物流是区域经济的重要构成要素,可以降低区域经济运行成本,改变经济增长方式,调整优化区域经济结构,形成新的经济增长点,促进以城市为中心的区域市场的形成与发展,特别是对具有一定商流规模的区域商贸中心的改造与发展具有重要的推动作用。临沂批发市场闻名全国,是典型的区域商贸中心,但滞后的现代物流制约了其进一步发展。应当积极规划发展现代物流产业体系,整合商流与物流,促进临沂商贸中心的持续健康发展。

The modern logistics is an important component of the regional economics, as an advanced business mode and administrative method; it is 'the third profit source' besides material consumption's reduction and productivity's raise. The modern logistics can reduce the total cost of regional economic system and change the economic growth pattern, adjust and optimize regional economic structure, form new economic growing point, promote urban center regional market's formation and development, especially it can give impetus to the reform and development of regional trade center that has had certain scale the circulation of commodity ownership.Linyi city is situated in the south-east Shandong province. Its location and traffic superiority is prominent, economics has been developed rapidly, and classified wholesale market system has been well developed. Its commodity trade radiates 26 provinces, municipal or autonomous region all over China. Linyi has become a typical regional commodity trading center that is well known all over the country, but its modern logistics industry fell behind. The situation has restricted Linyi city's economics from further development. In order to promote Linyi city trade center's healthy and sustainable development, the modern logistics business system should be positively planed and developed, the circulation of commodity ownership and the logistics should be synthesized, and the following measures should be adopted: First, government department's policy and institution construction should be strengthened, government's administrative and service function should be improved to build well environment for the modern logistics development. Second, trade center development plan should be made from long term and Linyi regional trade center's character and function to build the modern logistics basis. The third, traditional logistics business should be reformed and logistics market should be synthesized to optimize logistics resource match, 'the third logistics' should be positively developed. The forth, trade superiority should be played and the wholesale market's function should be rebuilt by the modern logistics to promote the harmony development of the circulation of commodity ownership and the logistics.
