内源性腺苷在心脏缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究心脏缺血预适应对心脏缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤的保护机制。方法建立在体家兔心脏I/R模型,测定心肌腺苷含量,CK、LDH漏出率及心肌梗死面积,并观察心肌的组织切片和超微结构,以观察缺血预适应对I/R心肌损伤的保护效应。结果缺血预适应组心功能恢复明显好于对照组(P<0.01),CK、LDH漏出率及心肌梗死面积均低于对照组(P<0.01),同时伴有心肌组织腺苷含量增高(P<0.01)。结论缺血预适应对I/R损伤具有保护作用,腺苷可能介导这种保护效应。 Objective To determine the role of adenosine in the myocardial protection with ischemic preconditioning(IPC). Methods Protective effect of ischemic preconditioning on myocardium injured by ischemia/reperfusion(I / R) was observed. Results ①The recovery of heart function in IPC group was better than the Control group(P<0.01=;②LDH and CK leakage in IPC group were lower than the Contorl group (P<0.01=; ③The area of myocardium infarction in IPC group was smaller than that in Control group(P<0.01=; ④Myocardium adenosine content in IPC group was higher than that in Control group(P<0.01=. Conclusion IPC posseses protective effect on myocardium injured by I / R, in which adenosine plays a crucial role.
