摘要
介绍了一种便携式多功能测量烟道排放物中烟尘含量的仪器装置,重点论述了系统中光学传感器的测量原理,简单介绍由AT89C52单片机、A/D模数转换芯片、时钟芯片、Flash存储器等组成的硬件电路,绘制了测量装置的系统界面流程图、主程序流程图及测试数据的处理方法。仪器具有检测精度高,实时性强,可靠性高,维护费用低,安装简便等特点。
Introduced a pocket multi-function measuring instrument that can measure content of dust, discussed the working principles of optical sensor especially,the hardware composed of AT89C52 single chip computer,A/D convert chip,clock chip ,flash memory, drawed the flow chart of system interface and gave a way of dealing with data. It features high precise detection,real time,high reliability, low fee, simple installtion etc.
