摘要
介绍了基于MODBUS的数字化智能变送器的实现方案及其在工业现场的应用。阐述硬件构造和软件设计思想,并说明使用FIX组态软件和API函数实现MODBUS主站通信的两种方法,该网络结构可以实现512个从节点与主站间的MODBUS通信。应用表明:该设计简单实用,发挥了MODBUS的主要性能优点,对其他同类型智能仪器及系统的设计开发有一定的借鉴作用。
Introduced a intelligent digital-transducer basing on MODBUS protocol and gave an example of application in industrial system. The hardware and software structures were introduced. Two methods were also proposed to realize communication between transducer and master station with configuration software FIX and API functions. It has the advantage of connecting over 512 measurement slave stations by only two-wire field-bus with MODBUS protocol. Its application proves the device is simple, reliable and effective,it has use for reference effect to the inlelligent iastrument and system.
