反相高效液相色谱法测定抗感止咳口服液中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Kang Gan Zhi Ke Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC

目的:建立抗感止咳口服液中有效成分黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:以Shimpack ODS柱(4.6 mm i. d.×250 mm,5μm)为分析柱;甲醇-0.15 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(45:55)为流动相;278 nm检测,建立了抗感止咳口服液中黄芩苷含量的HPLC-UV法。结果:所建立的含量测定方法中黄芩苷在进样量0.184 0-0.920 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4);日内和日间RSD分别为1.62%和1.94%;平均加样回收率为99.56%。结论:方法简便、准确, 重现性好,可用于抗感止咳口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Kang Gan Zhi Ke Oral Liquid. MethodS:ODS column as analytic column;methanol-0. 15 ml/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate(45 : 55)as mobile phase, 278nm as detective wavelength to establish HPLC method for determination of baicalin n Kang Gan Zhi Ke oral liquid. Results:The established HPLC-UV method had good linearity and precision within the range of 0. 184 0-0. 920 00 μg of baicalin and the RSD of within-day and between-day were less than 1. 62% and 1. 94%, respectively. The average recovery of the method was 99. 56%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accuracy and precise for the determination of baicalin in Kang Gan Zhi Ke Oral Liquid.
