摘要
以二乙胺(DEA)和月桂烯(MYE)为原料,在有机锂的催化下合成了重要的有机中间体N,N二乙基牛儿胺(GDEA)。对反应机理进行了简述,建立了GDEA的气谱分析条件,考察了不同因素对反应的影响,确定了优惠反应条件:以环己烷为溶剂,原料配比n(DEA):n(MYE)=2.5∶1,催化剂用量与月桂烯的摩尔比为15%,反应温度为DEA的回流温度,反应时间为12h。产品摩尔收率>85%,产品经减压分馏后纯度>95%。
A key organic intermediate N, N-diethylgeranylamine(GDEA) was prepared from diethylamine (DEA) and myrcene (MYE), when organic lithium as the catalyst. The mechanism of reaction was discussed, the optimized GC analysis was established, the influence of the reaction was studied, and the optimum conditions of the reaction were as follow: the cyclohexane as solvent, the mole ratio n (DEA): n (MYE) =2.5:1, the catalyst mole ratio to MYE is 15%, reaction temperature is the refluxed temperature of DEA, reaction time was 12 h. Mole yield of product over 85%, after fractional distillation, the purity of the product ≥95%.
