摘要
以硫酸铈铵为催化剂,通过乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇反应合成了乙酰乙酸乙酯环乙二缩酮,研究了催化剂等有关因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明,硫酸铈铵是合成乙酰乙酸乙酯环乙二缩酮的良好催化剂,在酯醇物质的量比为1∶1.4(mol),催化剂用量为0.5g/0.1mol乙酰乙酸乙酯,环己烷10ml,反应时间3h的条件下,收率可达80.1%。
Acetoacetic ester cyclic ethylene ketal was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and ethanediol using ammonium ceric sulfate as catalyst .The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out .The optimum conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to alcohol was 1.0∶1.4,the amount of catalyst was 0.5g/0.1mol ethyl acetoacetate,the reaction time was 3h. Ammonium ceric sulfate was a good catalyst for synthesizing acetoacetic ester cyclic ethylene ketal,the yield is over 80.1%.
