摘要
利用手性色谱柱SumichiralOA4400,及流动相正己烷:二氯乙烷:乙醇=87∶10∶3(v/v),在流速1.0ml·min1,检测波长254nm,柱温15℃的分析条件下,成功实现了对映体(氰基3苯氧基苄醇的手性分离和定量分析,(S)异构体和(R)异构体的线性相关系数分别为0.9981和0.9975,变异系数分别为0.63%和0.64%,回收率分别为98.7%~101.3%和99.1%~99.9%。
Using normal HPLC module, α-cyano-3-phenoxy benzyl alcohol was excellent separated and its isomers were quantitative determined on a Sumichiral OA-4400 column, using n-hexane, 1,2-Dichloroethane and ethanol with volume rate 87∶10∶3 as mobile phase, under optimized conditions : detection wavelength 254 nm, mobile phase flow rate 1.0ml·min^(-1), and column temperature 15℃. The variation coefficients of the(S)- and(R)-enantiomer were 0.63% and 0 .64%, and the linear correlations were 0.9981 and 0.9975, the recoveries were 98.7%~101.3% and 99.1%~99.9% respectively.
