摘要
采用储粮昆虫趋光性测试装置测定了红、黄、绿、紫及蓝色光对8种储粮昆虫的光趋避强度,测试结果表明,在黑暗条件下,各试虫处理分布差异都达不到5 %水平的显著水平,而红、黄、绿、紫及蓝色光处理试虫分布都存在一定的差异。8种试虫比较,锈赤扁谷盗和长角扁谷盗对红、黄、绿、紫及蓝色光都表现为较明显的趋光行为,光的波长对玉米象光趋避强度有一定的影响,存在随着光波长的减弱,趋光性降低的趋势。根据储粮昆虫的光趋避行为,在其行为利用中应采取相应措施。
The phototaxis on 8 species stored-product insects was detected by using device of color response for red light (750~630nm),yellow light (600~570nm),green light(570~490nm),violet light (430~380nm) and blue light (460~430nm).The results showed that the distribution distinction of these insect species did not reach significant level(p>0.005) in the dark conditions,and there is response in the interference light of the 4 light waves.The Cryptolestes.ferrugineus (Stephens) and C.pusillus (Sch.) both had greater phototaxis for the 4 light waves.The phototaxis decreased with a weakness in wave length of light wave for Sitophilus zeamais (Motschulsky).The Oryzaephilus surinamensis (Linnaeus) had a weak phototaxis as compared with theses insect species.
