摘要
高沸醇木质素具有较多的酚羟基,其化学反应活性较高,在室温下能代替双酚A与环氧氯丙烷直接反应生成木质素环氧树脂。利用水泥水化过程中产生的Ca(OH)2作催化剂,使高沸醇木质素与环氧氯丙烷发生环氧化反应,形成木质素环氧树脂-水泥砂浆复合材料,实验结果表明高沸醇木质素基环氧树脂对水泥砂浆有明显的增韧效果。
High boiling solvent (HBS) lignin with much phenolic hydroxyl groups had better chemical activities. Under room temperature, the HBS liglin base epoxy resin could be synthesized by epichlorohydrin and HBS lignin instead of bisphenol A. The products were investigated by IR spectrum. The HBS lignin base epoxy resin was catalyzed by calcium hydroxide, which was formed during cement hydration process, with epichlorohydrin. And a composite material was made, lignin-epoxy resin-cement mortar. The results showed that HBS lignin base epoxy resin had obvious effect on the toughness of cement mortar.
