摘要
将粉煤灰作为新型填充材料应用于疏浚泥固化处理,可以达到充分利用地方资源、交废为宝的目的。本文在分析疏浚泥、粉煤灰的理化特征的基础上通过大量正交试验,研究疏浚泥填方材料的配合比设计方法,初步确定了填方材料的配合比,并对其性能进行了试验研究,提出了填方材料技术经济优化设计的可行措施。
Regarded fly ash as a new-style pack material and applied to the solidification of dredged spoils, it can utilize resources fully and achieve to turn waste into wealth. Through a large amount of orthogonal experiments on the basis of analysing the physics and chemistry characteristics of dredged spoils and fly ash, it studied the mixing proportion design method of dredged spoils, confirmed the mixing proportion of the fill material tentatively, and has carried on experimental study to its performance; The feasible measures for technology economic optimization design of fill material has been put forward.
