摘要
作者曾专门撰文,从"生态环境"一词的问题入手指出"生态环境建设"提法不科学.但近期有学者又在否定"生态环境"及"生态环境建设"提法的同时否定"生态建设"的提法.作者对此进行了认真分析,明确指出"生态建设"的提法不容否定,还是"生态建设与环境保护"的提法好.
The author had specially wrote an ar- ticle to criticize the wording “ecological environmental construction” because “ecological environment”is an improper term. But recently there are scholars trying to deny the term 'ecological construction' also. In this article, the author disagrees with this kind of denial and shows the validity of the term 'ecological construction and environ- mental protection.'
