摘要
实验室被誉为院校教学中不可缺少的“三大支柱”之一,是从事实验教学、科学研究、技术开发、学术交流的综合性实体。实验室体系是由实验室的分级类别、组织建制、职能作用、功能行为、隶属关系、管理模式、职责权限等诸多要素组成的多元化、多层次的复杂系统。随着“科技强警”战略的实施,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的新一代高素质现役警官已成为公安现役院校教学改革的中心任务,实验室体系在院校教学体系中的地位和作用越来越突出。
Laboratories are one of “three backbones” in colleges and universities. They are the agents of laboratory education, technological development, academic exchanges. The complex laboratory system is composed of laboratory classification, institutional arrangements, functions, affiliations and administrative mode and responsibilities. The laboratory system becomes more and more important in police schools with the implement of strategy of “strengthening police forces” by science and technology and a focus of education reform.
