常熟市在校学生颅脑创伤流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation on craniocerebral trauma among students in Changshu City

目的分析常熟市在校学生颅脑创伤的发生概况及流行病学特点。方法以最近5年来收治的在校学生颅脑创伤患者为对象,采用住院病历与随防相结合的方法,调查患者的年龄、受伤时间和地点、致伤原因。结果颅脑创伤学生主要来自常熟市本地,8月份为发病的高峰,3月份最少,近5年内的病例数无明显的增加,小学生与中学生患者占绝大部分,交通伤是最主要的致伤原因。结论颅脑创伤是一种严重危害学生身心健康的创伤性疾病,应根据发病特点采取相应的预防措施。

Objective To overview and investigate the epidemiological feature of craniocerebral trauma among students in Changshu City. Methods A total of 247 students suffered from craniocerebral trauma were treated in the Changshu Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University.The patients were followed up and their case files were investigated.The data of age of patients,injury time,injury site and reasons were collected and analyzed. Results Most of students suffered from craniocerebral trauma were the residents of Changshu City.The injuries happened at most in August, but seldom happened in Match.The craniocerebral trauma cases did not increase in recent five years.The patients mostly were pupils and middle-school students. Traffic accidents were the most common reasons of injury. Conclusions Craniocerebral trauma is a serious kind of disease which is harmful to students’ health. A suitable preventive measure should be carried out according its epidemiological feature. [
