一粒葡变异类型杂种F_2代的HMW-GS的遗传分析

摘要 以一粒葡类型的一个变异系与龙 96-6239杂交后代的 197个株系为材料,用SDS-PAGE电泳方法鉴定分析其株系的高分子量谷蛋白亚基 (HMW-GS)组成。结果表明,在后代材料中的亚基组成类型极为丰富。在Glu-A1、Glu-B1和Glu-D1几个位点上分别检测到 2个、2个和 6个不同的亚基类型, 3个位点结合共出现17种组成类型。其中,在Glu-A1位点上, 1亚基出现的频率最高,为 74. 62%;Glu-B1位点上 7+8亚基类型出现的频率最高,为 75. 13%;在Glu-D1位点上,变异类型极为丰富,世界公认的优质亚基 5+10类型出现的频率最高,为 74. 11%。就小麦的品质而言,本材料在育种中具有重要的实际利用价值。 lines selected at random from crossing descendants of a variety of Triticum monococcum and Long 96-6239 were analyzed on the compositions of HMW-GS through SDS-PAGE method. The result revealed that the compositions of HMW-GS types of the descendants were pretty abundant, and 2,2 and 6 different HMW-GS types were separately found in Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1. At the Glu-A1 loci, frequency of subunit 1 was the highest (74.62%), at the Glu-B1 loci, frequency of subunit(7+8) was the highest ( 75.13%),at the Glu-D1 loci, variations of HMW-GS were the most abundant, among which the frequency of subunit(5+10), which was regarded as the highest quality subunit in the world , was the most abundant (74.11%). As far as the quality of bread wheat is concerned, in application the material is extremely valuable in wheat breeding.
