摘要
为了解贵州关岭黄牛的遗传多样性及遗传背景,测定了 22个个体的线粒体DNAD-loop区全序列。结果表明,关岭黄牛D-loop区全序列中,A+T平均含量为 61 5%,G+C含量为 38 5%。经比对,共检测到关岭黄牛D-loop区 14种单倍型,核苷酸多态位点 54个,其中 12种为普通牛血统的单倍型, 2种为瘤牛血统的单倍型,说明关岭黄牛同时受到普通牛和瘤牛的影响。在关岭黄牛 22个个体中,其单倍型多样度为 0 909,核苷酸歧异度(π值)为 2 29%,表明关岭黄牛品种的遗传多样性丰富。
To investigate the genetic diversity and genetic background of Guanling cattle in Guizhou province,the mitochondrial DNA D-loop region complete sequence in 22 individuals of Guanling cattle were sequenced.The results showed that A+T was about 61.5%,G+C was 38.5%. Comparisons of these 22 sequences revealed 14 mitochondrial haplotypes and 54 polymorphic sites.Of which,12 haplotypes showed the lineage of Bos taurus,2 haplotypes showed that of Bos indicus,suggesting their Bos taurus and Bos indicus origins respectively from maternal heredity.In 22 individuals of Guanling cattle population,the haplotype diversity was 0.909,nucleotide divergence(πvalue)was 2.29%,revealing that abundant mitochondrial genetic diversity exists in Guanling cattle.It will be of importance to exploitation and sustainable utilization in Guanling cattle genetic resource.
