纤维素酶渣对杂交奶牛产奶量和奶品质的影响

Effect of Residue of Cellulase on Milk Yield and Milk Quality of Crossbred Milk Cows

采用纤维素酶渣替代黄豆对西黄杂奶牛(西门塔尔×本地黄牛)作饲喂对比试验,并对其产奶量及奶品质进行观察.结果表明,试验组比对照组牛日产奶量平均提高1.88kg,其乳蛋白和乳糖含量也有不同程度的提高.

A contrastive experiment on the milk performance of the crossbred milk cows crossbred from Simmental and local scalper was conducted with residue of cellulase instead of soybean. The result indicates that milk yield of the milk cows in the experiment group increases 1.88kg every day in average more than those in the control group and their milk protein and lactose percentage also rose in some degree.
