摘要
2000年扩招后,高等教育进入快速发展阶段.实施高等教育的学校和进入高等学校的学生双向扩容,专科生质量明显下降,而且参差不齐,给教学质量的保证带来了许多新的问题.文章就如何解决这一问题提供了一种新的思路,并通过多年的实践证明,该思路行之有效.
As the enrollment scale has been enlarged every year since 2000 year, the institutions of higher learning and their students are both expanded in number. But the quality of the students comes down. There are many new problems on education quality. Some new ideas for solving with these problems are presented in this paper.
