中国高校知识产权的保护及其管理

The Protection and Management of Intelletual Property Rights in Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning

改革开放以来,中国经济经历了20多年的持续高速发展。随着加入WTO,中国将在更多领域走国际化道路,与国际接轨。知识产权的保护及其管理就是相当重要的一个领域。文章对中国知识产权的状况和高校知识产权的保护及其管理作了概述,提出中国在知识产权保护及其管理中的四个突出问题,借以抛砖引玉,希望引发大家共同的深入思考。

Since the implementation of reform and opening up policy in 1978 Chinese economy has experienced sustained and high-speed development for more than 20 years. With the entry into WTO,China will align itself with international conventions and development more fields in,of which is the protection and management of intellectual property right--a fairly important field. This paper gives a brief account of the situation of intellectual property rights in China and their protection and management in Chinese institutions of higher learning, presenting four salient problems concerned for the purpose of starting further consideration of this issue.
