Discussion on the Human Right Ideal from Marxist Perspective

从马克思的视角出发,反思人权为何总是与世人若即若离。从马克思的视角洞察人权理想,发现它存在许多悖论。着重反恩了人权理想的如下几种悖论:平等权的悖论、自由权的悖论、财产权的悖论和安全权的悖论。

The article discusses the reasons why people can't hardly exercise their human rights from Marxist Perspective. Reviewing the ideals of human rights, we discover that there exist many self-contradictions: the self-contradiction of equal rights, the self-contradiction of freedom the self-contradiction of property rights and the self-contradiction of security rights.
