Taking into account the present situation of Hanshan Teachers College, this paper is trying to find away out for improving the quality of the school journal. For this purpose we must produce favouriable environment for scientific research in our college to unite and stabilize the scientific research personnel. We must find every way possible to sincerely invite along scholars from everywhere. We must perfect the internal management and increase benefit through reforms.
