CAXA实体设计在新产品设计中的应用

摘要 应用CAXA实体设计灵活的可视化拖放技术和参数化设计,并通过精确化的方法进行动态修改,可以迅速地将一个产品的雏形模糊概念,变成逼真的三维实体,真实地反映产品的结构组成以及各零部件的相互关系。CAXA实体设计还可以进行运动模拟、干涉检查和拆装模拟;为后续的分析、数控加工提供三维数字模型,实现无纸化生产。另外还能方便地生成带有轴测图的二维装配图、零件图。当对产品的设计修改时,使用尺寸关联,相关零部件的结构、尺寸同时修改,有利于产品的更新换代和系列化。 The embryonic and obscure definition of a product is changed quickly into a lifelike 3-D Solid, applied a flexible visual drag & drop techniques and parameter design and accurate dynamic modify of the CAXA solid design. It really reflects composition of the product and connection between the components .The CAXA solid design can carry on simulating motion and checking interference, or simulating assembly,and can supply the following analysis and NC-processing with 3-D numeral model,to produce without drawing. In addition, it is very convenient to produce 2-D assembly drawing and parts drawing with 3-D drawing. When the product design is amended,the composition and sizes of the related components are also amended, connected the sizes. It is good for to replace the older generations of products by new ones and the serialization of products.
