摘要 十八胺停运防锈蚀保护技术近年来已在国内迅速推广,该方法是在机组停运前,将十八胺加入热力系统,它在高温下挥发进入蒸汽,从而布满整个锅炉、汽轮机的整个热力系统,在金属内表面上形成一层憎水性十八胺保护膜,使金属与空气隔绝,从而防止设备停运期间的腐蚀。该方法操作简便,适用于各类机组停用期间的停运保护。我公司在1#机组大修期间对停运设备进行了该方法的实施,经实际运行检验和化验检查,效果很好。该技术是对实施经验加以总结,给同类电厂作参考。 The rust protecion technigue of stopping operation with 18 amine has fast been popularized domesticly in recent gears. The technigue is that 18 amine is filled in the thermodynamic system before the system stops. 18 amine is mixedd with the steam in the system under volatilization in high temperature which is then spread in whoke thermodynamic system of the boiler and turbine and forms a hydlrophobic 18 amine protective membrane on the inner surface of metal parts so as to isolate metal suface from air and keep the equipment from corrosion during stopping operation. This method is easy to operate and suitable for all kinds of generation units. This method has been used in No.1 unit during the major overhaul in our company. Very good result has been achieved through actual operational inspection and chemical examination. Now the practical experience of this technique is described here for the referance.
