侧脑室脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨侧脑室脑膜瘤的手术入路、技巧和预后。方法回顾性分析21例侧脑室脑膜瘤患者的临床资料。结果全部病例均行显微手术全切除,术后16例恢复良好,4例预后较差,1例死亡。结论应用显微手术切除侧脑室脑膜瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法,神经导航对手术切口、入路设计具有指导意义。 Objective To investigate the surgical approach, technique and prognosis of the lateral ventricle meningiomas. Method The clinical date of 21 patients with lateral ventricles meningiomas, who underwent neurosurgery in our hospital from 1995 to 2004, were analysed retrospectively. Results Of 21 patients with lateral ventricles meningiomas, all of which were totally resected, 16 had satisfactory outcome, 4 unsatisfactory and 1 died. Conclusion The microsurgical operation is safe and effective in the patients with lateral ventricles meningiomas. The neuronavigator-assisted microsurgery is every helpful to designing the operative approach. <Keywords>Meningioma; Microsurgery; Operative approach; Lateral ventricles
