The thought of altruistic management is an important part of Inamori's philosophy. This dissertation analyzes the thought of altruistic management from ethical angle.With the case of opposing-Inamori as the turning point,under the influence of psychology and Buddhism, the thought of altruistic management was formed.Finally, this dissertation gives examples to make clear that altruism played an important role in the development of Kyocera.
