大学生创新能力不足,一直是教育界关注的热点问题。而提高师范院校大学生的创新意识和创新能力则更具有特殊的意义。文章在分析师范院校存在的一些问题的基础上,提出自己的一些见解,以此共同推动高等院校大学生创新能力的培养和提高。

It has long been a hot issue in the education field that college students are lacking the ability of bringing forth new ideas, including the students in normal schools. To a certain degree, the cultivation of the sense and ability of creation of students in normal schools is significant particularly. This essay proposes some different ideas on the basis of analyzing the problems existed in normal schools, hoping to contribute to the theory of cultivation and improvement of college students' creativity. 
