摘要
唯物史观视角下的“以人为本”,既是人与人的世界(人类社会及其历史发展)的同一,又是人与人自身(包括人类)的同一,这种同一内在地要求不断推进人的全面发展和社会的全面进步;人的全面发展既要受到生产力水平和人的交往程度的限制,又要受到以生产关系为基础的各种社会关系的制约;在社会主义的条件下,“推进人的全面发展,同推进经济、文化的发展和改善人民物质文化生活,是互为前提和基础的”;“三个代表”重要思想作为我国今后社会发展的指导思想,全面地体现了社会主义与人的自由全面发展的一致。
The “Human factors come first' from the perspective of materialism is not only the identity of human being with the world of human, including human society and its historical development, but also the identity of human being with himself. The identity inherently requires that man should constantly promote himself and accelerate the development of society in all aspects. The overall development of human is restricted by the productivity and the degree of communication as well as various social relations on the basis of production relationship. In socialist society, “the promotion of overall development of human has a mutual relationship with the development of economy and culture”. The thought of “three represents”is the guideline for social development in the future, which expresses the consistency of socialism and the overall development of human.
