现代旅游的发展对培养旅游管理人才的高校提出了较高的要求,高校如何适应形势发展需要,改革教学内容和教学方法,以培养新型的复合人才,已经成为高校教学改革的重要课题。案例教学法作为提高教学效果的有效教学方法已经在管理学教学中得到广泛采用,但对其在旅游管理课程教学中所存在的问题与不足,却鲜见讨论。因此,从旅游管理角度探讨案例教学法的适应用性以及存在问题是十分必要的。

The development of modern tourism has set a higher standard for the training of tourism management personnel. It has become an important subject for colleges to reform teaching contents and methods so as to cultivate new-type talents to meet the current situation. The method of case teaching, as an effective way to improve teaching effect, has been adopted extensively in management teaching. However, very few discussions have been focused on the shorting comings of this method in teaching. Therefore, it is very necessary to discuss its adaptability and its existent problem from the perspective of tourism management.
