During the Anti-Japanese War,the CCP reigned the b order area in the northwest of China.Our Party set an example in political,econo my and culture,ovnd accumulated much experience. It's very important for the Pa rty t o reign in the whole country. The studies of it in the academic circles includin g constructing democratic consultation and culture,developing economy and so on . Summing up and putting in order the studies is necessary to strengthen and im prove the Party's reigning ability.
