陕西省城乡居民收入差距的实证分析

An Empirical Study on the Income Disparities between Town and Country Residents in Shaanxi Province

1978—2002年统计数据表明,陕西城乡居民收入差距可以分解为自然差距和非自然差距,陕西城乡居民收入差距持续扩大主要是非自然差距不断加大造成的。必须高度重视已经出现的城乡居民收入差距扩大化的趋势,用城乡统筹、协调发展的方法,促进陕西城乡居民收入共同增长,在共同增长中缩小差距。

Through the comparison and empirical study on the in co me disparities between town and country residents in Shaanxi Province with the w hole country in the same time since China's reform and opening, we discovered th at the disparities from 1978 to 2002 can be divided into natural disparities and unnatural disparities and the great income difference is mainly caused by the c ontinuous unnatural disparities. The increasingly enlarged disparities must be s eriously considered. The disparities can be reduced by planning harmonious devel opment overall cities and countryside to promote the common increase.
