随着高等教育体制改革的进一步深化,以及中国加入WTO后高等教育面临的新形势,高等教育收费问题将成为社会广泛关注的焦点。制定科学合理的收费标准,加强高等教育的投入和管理,尤其是完善贫困生贫助政策是解决高等教育收费所引起负面效应的有效途径。

With reform of advanced education system,further dee pi ng and China into WTO,the problem of advanced education will become a new focus fixed by the socity under the new situation.Ehective measures,suchas estabilshin g scientific and reasonable rules for tuition fee,increasing input into higher e ducation and ehancing the managemet of the input,and improving the policy on giv ing financial aid to impowerished students,can be taken to solve the problems ca used by paying tuition fee for higher education.
