Vocational Education is the Foundation for the Realization of Talents Localization in Western Regions

在西部大开发过程中, 人才培养已成为关注的重点。市场经济条件下, 受价值取向的影响, 人才流动及分配出现了由西向东的倾斜, 甚至“国际化分配”的趋势。在经济发展差距客观存在的情况下, 职业教育必将成为西部建设所需的人才培养的基础, 这主要取决于职业教育自身所具有的特点上, 但从目前职业教育的发展来看, 其发展需要政府及各级组织的政策引导和支持。

Talents-training has been one of the focuses in the development of western regions. In a time of market economy, and influenced by the value-oriented tendency, the distribution of talents tends to flow from western regions to the east, even to foreign countries. Under the objective circumstances of the gap in economic development, vocational education is bound to be the foundation for talents training in western regions. This rests with the characteristics of vocational education itself. From the development of present vocational education, however, its development needs the guide and support of the government and organizations of all levels.
