^(99)Tc-MDP对绝经后骨质疏松骨吸收、骨生成的影响

The effect of the bone resorption and osteogenesis in postmenopausal osteoporosis's patients with ^(99) Tc-MDP

目的 观察99Tc- MDP[99锝 亚甲基二膦酸盐]治疗10 2例绝经后骨质疏松患者骨代谢指标变化。方法 监测绝经后骨质疏松患者治疗前后BGP(骨钙素)、IL -1(白细胞介素- 1)、IL 6 (白细胞介素- 6 )、IGF -I(类胰岛素样生长因子I)、IGF -II(类胰岛素样生长因子II)、E2 (雌二醇)及骨密度测定。结果 治疗后6个月患者骨密度增加,BGP水平升高,IL -1、IL- 6水平降低,IGF I、IGF II水平升高。结论 99Tc -MDP抑制骨丢失,提高成骨细胞活性,增加骨密度作用确切。

Objective We observed the change of the bone's metabolizable with the 102 Osteoporosis's Patients in postmenopausal women treated by 99 Tc-MDP. Methods Following indicators have been observed dymainically, including BGP, IL-I, IL-6, IGF-I, IGF-II, E_2, bone desity and so on. Results It Was showed that the treatment of 99 Tc-MDP could lower the level of interleukins, raise the level of IGF-I, IGF-II, increase bone mineral content and Ostocalcin. Conclusion It is aure that the treatment of 99 Tc-MDP could inhibite the lose of bone matrix, increase the activity of Ostoblasts and bone mineral content.
