摘要
通过测试,岩心靶防砂填充层的孔隙度达39.15%、油测渗透率为46.55μm2,说明防砂填充层的渗透性很好,能够满足油井高产要求。采用地面模拟装置、选择不同粒径的砂样进行防砂实验得出,140-200m砂样最大出砂浓度为0.07278%,更细的砂粒不出砂。此结果表明,对大粒径的防砂效果好。
Based on experimentations, the penetrability in core with sand proof layer is good to meet the need of high production of the oil well when the porosity of sand proof reaches 39.15% and oil permeability is 46.55 μm2. Using the simulation apparatus on the surface and different grain-diameter core to conduct perforation-sand proof trial, the result is that the max sand production density of 140-200 meshes is 0.07278% and thinner sand is not producing sand. The result shows that sand proof effect to big grain-diameter sand is satisfactory.
