摘要 微电子设备的电磁干扰防护普遍采用屏蔽技术,针对屏蔽工程施工和屏蔽材料的选择,文章提出了利用有限元法,计算单层金属板屏蔽小室的电磁屏蔽效能,并对以铝、铜、铁为屏蔽材料的金属板,屏蔽小室100MHz以下频率电磁屏蔽效能进行了数值计算。结果表明金属板屏蔽小室电磁屏蔽效能主要决定于屏蔽材料的电导率,电导率越高,电磁屏蔽效能越高,薄金属板的屏蔽效能很高。 The anti-EMI of microelectronics facility is often adopted electromagnetic shielding. This paper presents the shielding effectiveness calculation method of monolayer plate shielding cabin using finite element method. And calculates the values of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness with different kinds of shielding materials including aluminum, copper and iron below 100 MHz. The results show that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of monolayer plate shielding cabin mainly depends on electrical conductivity. The higher the electrical conductivity of material is, the better the shielding effectiveness is. Shielding effectiveness of thin metal plate may be very high.
