摘要
对一台六列M型往复压缩机曲轴多次在一级曲柄销上发生开裂的原因进行了分析,并研究实施了简便可行的调整轴系扭转振动固有频率的改造措施,有效消减了轴系的扭转振动,消除了曲轴在一级曲柄销上开裂的事故隐患。
The frequent fracture at the pin of the one-stage crank in a 6M type reciprocating compressor was analyzed. The reason of the fracture is the torsional vibration of the crank. A simple and feasible method of the retrofit was presented. The natural frequency of the crank is adjusted. The amplitude of its torsional vibration is reduced in effect. The potential accident that the crank pin fractures is eliminated.
