摘要
为提高夹具设计的敏捷性,提出了一种基于夹具功能分解的实例推理方法。该方法根据元件的不同功能和装配特征,建立了一种基于层次的敏捷夹具设计模型。采用基于实例推理方法,通过对产品信息的相似性计算,获取有相似产品信息的夹具实例,再通过几何冲突裁决法和功能冲突裁决法来解决相似实例与实际要求之间的冲突,最后修改夹具实例以满足设计要求。以轴类工件为研究对象进行了应用验证,显示该设计方法可以使敏捷夹具很容易修改,实现重用。
To improve agility of fixture design, a method of case reasoning based on decomposed fixture function was presented. According to different functions and assemble characteristics of the components, a model of hierarchical decomposition of agile fixture structure was built. Adopting case-based reasoning method, a fixture case sharing the most similar product information was obtained by evaluating similarity of product information. The conflict between the similar case and the actual condition was resolved by using geometry-based conflict arbitration method and function-based conflict arbitration method to meet the actual design requirements. Finally, an application example of an axis type part demonstrated that the proposed approach has realized easy modification of agile fixture and reuse.
