摘要 在网络化制造环境下,为有效实现基于可扩展标记语言和Web服务技术的企业应用集成,需要制造统一的基于可扩展标记语言模式的信息集成规范,以定义异构系统间数据交换的内容和格式。为此,探讨了制造信息集成规范的制定方法和相关技术。首先,对制造数据交换标准和业界结合可扩展标记语言进行的研究工作进行了总结分析,并在此基础上提出了制造信息集成规范的研究内容;针对制造数据交换的结构复杂等特点,提出了兼容性、实用性、通用性、可扩展性和标准性的规范制定原则,以及对产品数据与制造过程数据分别采取基于产品模型数据交换标准的映射和重新定义新的标记语言的方法。最后,提出了可扩展、模块化集成规范设计的支撑技术与工具,并对集成规范的建立和实施前景进行了说明。 To effectively implement the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) based on eXtensible Markup Language(XML) and Web services in networked manufacturing environment, it is necessary to set up a standard specification of information integration based on XML schema, which defines the content and format of data exchange among heterogeneous systems. According to the needs, methods and related technologies to set up integration specification were presented. At first, the manufacturing data exchange standards and correlative studies made with XML were summarized, then the research content of integration specification about manufacturing information based on XML schema was proposed. Because of the complexity of manufacturing data exchange, the principles such as compatibility,practicability,universality,extensibility and standardization, were discussed, then the methods of mapping from STandard for the Exchange of Product data model(STEP) and definition of new markup respectively according to the data exchange about product and manufacturing process were put forward. Finally, the key technologies to design extensible and modularized integration specification were presented. In addition, the implementation prospect of the specification was also explained.
