The Management of Human Risk Factors in Construction Projects

在工程项目实施过程中,人的因素通过影响项目管理理论和方法的有效性而直接或间接的影响着工程的成败,但以往的风险管理往往忽视了对由人的因素导致的风险的分析。通过对人文风险因素定义和作用机理分析,探讨了人文风险的管理要点,提出了提高人文风险管理水平的建议。

During the implementation of construction projects, the human factors influenced the success of project directly or indirectly through the effectiveness of theory and method of project management. But the analysis of effects of human factors on risk was sometimes ignored in former risk management. This paper defined the factors of human risk and analyzed the mechanism that the factors action. The points of human risk management were discussed and some advices to enhance the level of human risk management were given.
