摘要
高性价比的商品房已成为房地产开发商和消费者共同追求的目标。在确立住宅小区商品房性能评价指标体系基础上,提出了利用价值工程理论来计算商品房的性价比,以得到最优的商品房购置方案。最后通过一个案例进行了说明。
Commercial housing of high function vs. price has been collective purpose of both real estate developers and consumers. This paper establishes function evaluate index system for real estate, and brings forward a method based on Value Engineering for computing function vs. price of commercial housing. A case is given in the end of this paper.
