图书馆网络化是一种发展趋势,我国高校图书馆已经形成了比较完善的网络。网络化使图书馆的参考咨询工作出现了一些新的特点:咨询方式网络电子化,服务对象大众化、个性化,咨询专业化,内容复杂化等等。图书馆要积极应对新时代的要求,进一步完善网络建设和电子资源建设,不断提高馆员素质,搞好服务工作。

The netization of libraries is a new tendency. Since the libraries in colleges and universities in our country have formed into a relatively intact network, the reference and consulting service have thus turned on some new characteristics. The method of consultation is computerized in network, the object of service is wider with more individualities and the content of service is more specialized and complicated. Facing the requirement of the new period, efforts should be made to perfect the construction of network and electronic resources in libraries and at the same time to improve the quality of librarians so as to better serve the readers.
