摘要
研究了Na2CO3胁迫下五种禾本科牧草的种子累积发芽率、种子活力、胚芽长度、胚根长度与其耐盐性的关系,结果表明:五种牧草的种子累积发芽率、种子活力、胚芽长度、胚根长度均随着Na2CO3胁迫浓度的升高而降低,草种间耐盐性差异显著,其耐盐性强弱顺序是野大麦>披碱草>肥披碱草>老芒麦>无芒雀麦.
Seed germinating traits in five kinds of gramineous herbages,such as accumulating germination percentage,relatively descending rate of vigor index,radical length and embryo length etc,were studied under sodium carbonate stress.The result indicated:Their accumulating germination percentage,relatively,descending rate of vigor index,radicel length and embryo length decreased with the increasing of Na2CO3 concentration stress.The difference of their salt tolerance among these pasture plant was significant,and the order of their salt tolerance was Hordeum brevisubulatum>Elgmus dahuricus>Elymns excelsus>Elgmus sibiricus>Bromus inermis.
