高效液相色谱法测定匝迪-5丸中胡椒碱的含量

Determination of Content of Piperine in the Mongolian Medicine Zadi-5 Pills by RP-HPLC

目的:测定匝迪-5中胡椒碱的含量.方法:采用HPLC法.结果:进样在0.24～1.2μg有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.1%,CV=1.92%(n=5).结论:该方法分离效果好,简便、快速,结果准确,使用于测定匝迪-5中胡椒碱的含量.

Objective:To determine the content of piperine in the Mongolian medicine Zadi-5 pills.Methods:The content of piperine in Zadi-5 was determined by RP-HPLC.The mobile phase was methyl-water(V∶V=74∶26) with a flow rate of 0.8 ml·min^(-1),the wavelength of the detector was set at 343 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.24～1.2 μg,and correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The average recovery and relative deviation were 98.1% and 1.9% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and could be used for the determination of content of piperine of Zadi-5 pills.
