摘要
目的 研究乳腺癌中bcl- 2与nm2 3基因表达的生物学意义及它们之间的相互关系对乳腺癌生物学行为的影响。方法 应用免疫组织化学S -P方法对6 5例乳腺癌石蜡包埋组织进行检测,分析bcl- 2与nm2 3基因表达与乳腺癌病理参数的关系。结果 bcl- 2和nm2 3阳性表达率分别为5 7.4 %、6 3.1%。bcl- 2基因阳性表达与组织学类型、患者年龄、有无淋巴结转移以及肿瘤大小无关(P >0 .0 5 ) ;与乳腺癌组织学分级呈正相关(P <0 .0 5 ) ,nm2 3阳性表达与肿瘤大小、组织学类型和患者年龄无关(P >0 .0 5 ) ;与乳腺肿瘤的组织学分级和淋巴结转移呈负相关(P <0 .0 5 ) ;bcl- 2与nm2 3的表达有相关性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 bcl- 2阳性表达和nm2 3阴性的乳腺癌患者细胞恶性程度高,bcl- 2与nm2 3基因共同参与了乳腺癌的发生和发展。
Objective:This study was designed to investigate the expression significance of bcl-2 and nm23 gene,the relationship between bcl-2 and nm23 gene expression to the effect of biological behavior in human breast carcinomas Methods:Using S-P immunohistochemical method, We detected the expression of bcl-2 and nm23 gene in 65 breast cancer tissue specimens fixed paraffin. Results:The positive rate of bcl-2 and nm23 is 57.4%?63.1%,respectively. Statistic analysis suggested that the expression of bcl-2 positively correlated with histological grade ( P <0.05), did not relation with age, histological types, tumors size and metastasis ( P >0.05), however, negatively correlated with nm23 positive expression ( P <0.05). Nm23 positively correlated with metastasis and histological grade ( P <0.05), did not relation with tumors size,age and histological types ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Our study indicated that bcl-2 and nm23 participate in breast oncogenesis and progress. The bcl-2 positive and nm23 negative is close correlation with high malignant degree of breast cancers.
