摘要
目的 探讨t(11;2 2 )平衡易位携带者对子代的影响。方法 对1例t(11;2 2 )平衡易位携带者的三孕进行分析。结果 第1、3孕均分娩了额外der(2 2 )t(11;2 2 )综合征患儿,第2孕胎儿脐血染色体检查提示为平衡易位携带者。结论 平衡易位携带者在妊娠时应做产前检查,以防异常胎儿的出生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of t(11;22) balance translocation carrier on filial generation. Methods: Analysis three times of pregnancy in a t(11;22) balance translocation carrier. Results: Infants of supernumerary der(22) t(11;22) syndrome were born during the first and third pregnancy. The karyotype of the second fetal cord blood was balance translocation. Conclusion: Balance translocation carriers should have prenatal examinated in order to prevent the abnormal fetus born.
